Hindu Matters In Britain - For British Hindus

Review 2017: Education

Hindus and Indians continue to reach the upper echelons of education, both in the UK and wherever the Indian diaspora exists. Perhaps the best example to symbolise this success is that of Rajgauri Parwar who at aged 12 years old has made history by scoring two points higher than the most famous geniuses Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking in the Mensa IQ Test. She has been invited to join the exclusive Mensa club.

This makes her among the one percent of those who sit in the Mensa test and achieve the maximum mark. To be labelled a genius, candidates have to score above 140. There are only 20,000 people to reach the score worldwide according to Mensa.

Rajgauri is a pupil at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls in Cheshire, which also expressed pride in her achievement.
